These terms govern your use of Filesforproof.

The service

Filesforproof lets you share design work with clients as protected, watermarked previews and collect their approvals.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration details.

Your content

You retain all rights to the work you upload. You grant us only the technical rights needed to store it and generate protected previews. You confirm you have the right to upload and share the content.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or circumvent its security.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Liability

The service is provided with care but without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Note: no online system can fully prevent screenshots; protection is a deterrent, not a guarantee.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
